🔑 Common: Reset my Pro license / Switch devices

GhostBoard Pro works on up to 3 devices per license. If you've reinstalled Chrome, switched computers, or run out of device slots, email us your license key and we'll reset it within 24 hours.

I activated Pro but my themes haven't changed

Refresh your Chess.com tab after activation. Pro themes apply on the next page load.

Where do I enter my license key?

Right-click the GhostBoard extension icon in Chrome → Options → paste your key in the "Pro License" box → click Activate.

I lost my license key

Check your email inbox (and spam) for the receipt from Gumroad — your license key is included. You can also log in at gumroad.com/library to find it.

I want a refund

Refund requests within Gumroad's standard refund window can be sent to ghostboard.support@gmail.com with your order number.

The GhostBoard overlay isn't showing up

Make sure you're on a supported page: /play/computer, /analysis, or /puzzles. GhostBoard intentionally disables itself on rated games against humans to comply with Chess.com Fair Play.
